Our normal set up time is around 1 hours to 1 and a half hours, this would include the sound check, obviously this can vary slightly depending on proximity of unloading bay/parking from the stage. We would liase with your venue to find a suitable time to set-up; this is usually either before the event starts or when the venue clears down a room after the meal and speeches have been completed. In exceptional cases an early set-up fee is charged although we always try to accommodate the client's wishes without incurring additional charges to the original quote.
